• Job Profile :-

1. Need to do Business through Independent Business Partners
2.  Provide them with necessary training's to help them understand financial products / online platform and then drive sales volume through them.
3.  To ensure the retention of the existing business partner
4. The Role is a sales role and involves revenue generation for the business line.
5. To identify and em panel business partners with relevant customer base
6. To manage Business partner activation & ensure adequate flow of leads to meet business targets.
7. To consistently organize product / sales training's and knowledge sessions for business partners by involving research / product teams and other relevant teams.
8. To monitor the quality of business sourced through BP's and to ensure penetration of all products as well as help evaluate commercial viability
